Salary: £25,119 - £29,777 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full time, 37.5

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 31st March 2025 (possibility to extend)

Location: BANES with some remote working

The Role

The Role

DHI are looking for two Drug & Alcohol Worker to join our rapidly growing Shared-Care service based in Bath and North East Somerset. Working with a wide range of clients across a number of different sites, if you enjoy variety this is the role for you.

Working alongside GP’s in a community setting can be a pressurised environment requiring resilience, attention to detail, the ability to be boundaried, as well as assertive when necessary.

Meeting our service users ‘where they are’, helping them identify their goals for treatment is key to this role.

A Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
