At an exciting time of growth, we are looking for a Home Turf Lettings Manager to lead our Housing Officer team and to increase Home Turf Lettings’ social impact.
The role will require you to organise and lead the team and you must be able to forge relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including tenants, landlords and contractors, as well as manage operational and financial performance and deliver the highest possible levels of customer service.
Part of Developing Health & Independence, Home Turf Lettings is a social lettings agency working across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset and Gloucestershire, to provide long-term affordable homes for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We have helped hundreds of tenants find quality, affordable accommodation in the private rental sector.
To be successful in this role you will be inspired by and committed to HTL’s mission to reduce homelessness.
Experience of operational team management is essential, and qualifications and experience in housing management are desirable.
A Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
