Where we are today
While a number of services are business as usual, we are moving to phone and remote support for many of our non essential services and initial enquiries from 5pm today. We have a dedicated page on our website to assist in keeping people up to date.
- Our rough sleeping outreach is running an extended service with 9 sessions per week, providing help, advice and hygiene packs to those who are on the street.
- Anyone in B&NES in a housing crisis can contact Reach through our virtual drop-in.
- Our residential houses (both supported dry houses and those let through Home Turf Lettings) will of course remain open for tenants. We are doing everything in our power to protect the health and safety of our residents.
- We are still providing a needle exchange and naloxone service. We will be providing a needle exchange and Naloxone delivery service for the most vulnerable clients and those self-isolating.
- Anyone with a keyworker across any of our services will still have appointments, but over the phone. Your keyworker will be in touch. This also applies to those who are booked in for an assessment.
During this period, we will be providing enhanced information, advice and guidance through our Facebook page, and over the next few days we will start running a group programme and services online for people in treatment.
