DHI, along with our partners Hanham Health and Southern Brooks, celebrated the launch of comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment services in South Gloucestershire at an event in the garden of our Warmley Centre.
Recovery Together is an integrated care partnership between DHI, Hanham Health, and Southern Brooks, which aims to meet local needs by providing accessible, person-centred support. Commissioned by South Gloucestershire Council, this partnership will connect individuals to recovery hubs, GP surgeries, or online support, focusing on sustainable recovery and improved mental health.
